PRODUCT INFORMATION
The DLP
USA products displayed on the Site are available. The
prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
D. RETURN POLICY
To request
a return or exchange, simply:
a. Call our Customer Service Department within three
(3) days from receipt of your package.
b. Send everything you received in the shipment back
to us within five (5) days.
c. All items must be in the condition when received
by you.
Upon receipt of your return package, we will process
your returned item(s) within 48 business hours. If your
return is accepted, you will receive a credit confirmation
via email. If there are any issues or problems with
your return, we will notify you via telephone or email.
If you meet all the requirements of our return policies,
we will refund the equipment purchase price, after any
necessary deductions, via check refund or to the credit/debit
card account used for the original transaction.
We do not give full or partial refunds for shipping
and handling costs, including import taxes and duties
for the purchased merchandise. This applies to all deliveries
made within the Philippines or for shipments going to
the US. We assume no responsibility for the shipping
and handling costs, as well as for other related charges
that may apply under any circumstances.

USER COMMENTS, MATERIALS, FEEDBACK, AND POSTCARDS

USA is pleased to hear from our loyal fans and customers,
it is DLP USA's long-standing company policy not to
accept or consider unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions,
materials, or business proposals from persons or entities
outside our company. If at our request you send certain
specific submissions (for example, a photograph, story,
or poem), or if despite our request that you not send
us unsolicited creative materials, you send us other
suggestions, comments, feedback, ideas, postcards, opinions,
concepts, graphics, text, drawings, or other materials
(all of the foregoing referred to collectively as the
"Materials"), all such Materials, submitted
or offered to DLP USA on or by this Site or otherwise
disclosed, submitted, or offered in connection with

any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark,
privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You
further agree that no Comments submitted by you to the
Site will be libelous or otherwise contain unlawful,
abusive, or obscene material. You are and shall remain
solely responsible for the content of any Materials

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree
to defend, indemnify, and hold DLP USA harmless from
and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and
expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or

Terms of Use, and/or any of the foregoing agreements,
representations, and warranties.

MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement
shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of California, without regard to any conflict
of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement
shall be resolved exclusively by the laws of and under
the jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts
of the State of California. The waiver of any provision
of these Terms of Use shall not be considered a waiver
of any other provision or of DLP USA's right to later
require strict observance of each of the terms herein.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be
unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision
shall be severable and all other provisions shall remain
in full force and effect. This constitutes the entire
agreement between us relating to your use of the Site
and shall not be modified except in a writing signed
by both parties.

DLP USA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY DUTY TO UPDATE OR REVISE

THE MATERIALS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. BY YOUR USE

TERMINATION

are effective unless and until terminated by either
you or DLP USA. You may terminate this Agreement at
any time. DLP USA also may terminate this Agreement
at any time and may do so immediately without notice,
and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in DLP
USA's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term
or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination of
this Agreement by either you or DLP USA, you must immediately
discontinue use of this Site and promptly destroy all
materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this
Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether
made under the terms of use or otherwise. Note that
provisions of this Agreement will survive termination.
